By using Drapis, you agree to these terms. They apply to everyone — please read them.
Drapis is an AI-powered personal styling app that helps you organise your wardrobe, plan outfits, and discover what works for you. Features may change, break, or be removed as the app evolves.
You own everything you upload — photos, selfies, item details, journal entries, ratings, notes. By uploading, you grant Drapis a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, and display that content — and to send it to our AI provider when you use an AI feature — only as needed to run the service for you. We don't claim ownership and we don't reuse your content for any other purpose.

Outfit suggestions, fit tips, and styling advice from Risa are suggestions, not professional fashion, medical, or body advice. They're generated by rule-based logic and AI models, which can be wrong. Use your own judgement, especially in safety-sensitive situations (work uniforms, weather extremes, medical needs).
Premium gives you unlimited access to Drapis's AI styling features for normal, personal use. To keep the service fast and affordable for everyone and to protect it from abuse, automated access, or extraordinary use, we apply reasonable fair-use limits. These limits are set well above ordinary daily styling — the vast majority of members never reach them. If usage goes far beyond normal personal use, some AI features may pause until the next day; limits reset daily. We never reduce what you've paid for arbitrarily, and we'll give notice in-app if we materially change a fair-use limit.
We aim for high reliability but offer no uptime guarantee. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or our own bugs.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may close your account anytime via "Delete Account" in the Me tab, which permanently erases your data.
The Drapis app, brand, design, code, and content (other than your uploaded items) are owned by Drapis and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.
To the extent permitted by law, Drapis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at ₹1,000 or the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continuing to use Drapis after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
