These terms are an agreement between you and Drapis about your use of the Drapis app and website. By creating an account or using Drapis, you agree to them.
Drapis is an AI-assisted personal styling app: it helps you organise your wardrobe, plan and log outfits, and get styling suggestions. Features may change, be added or be removed as the app evolves, and some are not available in every country.
You own what you add — photos, selfies, piece details, logs, ratings and notes. You give Drapis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and display that content, and to send it to our service providers (including our AI provider) only to run the service for you. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by you.
Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, photos of other people without their permission, or anything illegal, hateful, sexual or abusive. We may remove content or restrict features that break these rules.
Styling suggestions, fit tips and answers from Risa are produced by rules and AI models. They are suggestions for your judgement — not professional, medical or safety advice — and they can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Don't rely on them where safety, uniforms, health or extreme weather are involved. If an answer is offensive or harmful, use Report under the answer or Me → Settings → Report AI content.
Drapis can be used for free with daily limits on AI features. The current limits are shown in the app on the Plans screen. Limits reset daily at midnight in your time zone. We may change free limits, and we'll show the current ones in the app.
We may occasionally give Premium for free — for example to testers, as a reward, or to fix a problem. Complimentary Premium lasts for the period we tell you, has no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, doesn't renew or charge you, and may be ended early if it's misused.
Drapis is available internationally, but some features depend on where you are. Shopping links, price alerts and price estimates are currently offered only in certain countries, and Premium is available only where Google Play offers it. Styling features work everywhere.
Shop links and price information point to independent retailers. Drapis is not the seller, doesn't guarantee prices or stock, and isn't responsible for purchases you make there. Prices shown in Drapis are estimates; the retailer's site is the source of truth.
You can export Look Cards and share them. You're responsible for what you share and with whom. Look Cards carry the Drapis name; please don't remove it or present a card as someone else's work.
Don't misuse Drapis: no scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, attempts to break security or limits, reselling the service, or using it to harm others.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or to protect users or the service. You can stop using Drapis and delete your account at any time from Me → Settings → Delete account.
The Drapis app, brand, design and software belong to Drapis and its licensors. These terms don't give you rights to them beyond using the service.
Drapis is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Drapis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Drapis in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited by agreement.
We may update these terms. We'll tell you in the app about material changes before they take effect; if you don't agree, you can stop using Drapis and delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes may be brought in the courts of Mumbai. If you use Drapis as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
