Delete your account

You can delete your Drapis account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open Me → Settings → Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@drapisai.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request and delete the account. We may ask you to confirm from that address before we act.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, closet, saved photos (removed from our image host), outfit logs, plans, wishlist, price alerts, budget, pins, style profile and feedback, Event Lens events, AI content reports, notification tokens and usage records.

What is kept

• A security record that an account was deleted, with the time and network address but no name or email — kept up to 2 years to prevent fraud.
• Records of any staff action on the account, identified only by an internal id and a masked email hint.
• Encrypted database backups, which roll over on a short cycle.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
